Item lines will appear in duplicate or more on printed documents when issue exists in the file maintenance of the item. The areas that can result in duplicated lines are the Item Stocking record, the Vendor Item record, and the Warehouse Bin record.
Please check these areas and insure that a warehouse, vendor, or bin is not listed twice in these screens.
