Acclamare Client Launcher Will Not Run

Upon a user running the Acclamare Launcher application (ie login screen), they may encounter a "No connection" message as shown below.

This occurs when the central Acclamare application is not currently running on the network server. The local Acclamare Launcher is attempting to communicate the central application and cannot do so. Notify your IT contact of the issue. The issue is resolved by starting the Acclamare application " AR Server" on the network server. The AR Server may have not been restarted after a server reboot occurred.
