The Customer Sales Ranking report provides a comparative ranking by sales dollars during three time periods. The report can be filtered based upon SalesForce and/or Customer Territory criteria. To include all customers regardless of SalesForce or Territory, checkmark the "Select All" box for both filters. A parameter setting also controls whether Gross Margin Dollar and Percent will be hidden or displayed. The default setting hides the Gross Margin values.
Every customer meeting the filter criteria will be assigned 3 different rankings. One based upon Current YTD, one for Prior YTD, and one for Prior Full Year. The parameter "Rank Sort" specifies the choice by which you desire the report results to be ranked. Please view the attached video for additional information.
